The Airport Authority Hong Kong provides real time flight information, both arriving and departing Hong Kong International Airport. On top of that, ‘HKG My Flight’ mobile app sends push notifications of airport special announcements and updates of saved flights.


China Customs Tariffs and Restrictions Information


ETCN is an integrated China customs tariffs and restrictions information platform supported by the General Administration of Customs. Traders can easily find the HS code of any commodity, identify China's latest tariff information and import costs as well as import restrictions.


Credit Checking


CreditOnDemand, an online credit information service, allows users to access critical information on the credit worthiness of companies operating in Hong Kong and people living in the territory.

 The Hong Kong Export Credit Insurance Corporation

The Hong Kong Export Credit Insurance Corporation provides free credit assessment for Hong Kong exporters, especially SMEs, which helps them cope with the upcoming challenges in the traditional markets and exploring the emerging markets.


Import and Export Declaration

 Federation of Hong Kong Industries

Federation of Hong Kong Industries provides paper-to-electronic conversion service on trade declaration. In addition, the Federation issues different kinds of certificate of origin. The certificates are protected by Chapter 324 of the laws of Hong Kong and recognised by customs houses, consulates and banks worldwide.

 Global e-Trading Services Limited

Global e-Trading Services Limited (Ge-TS) provides services which enable traders to lodge all six types of import and export declaration electronically. Ge-TS also provides paper-to-electronic conversion service to covert paper trade declaration into electronic messages for submission to the Government.

 The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce

The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce provides paper-to-electronic conversion service on import and export declaration and certificates of origin submission. The Chamber also issues ATA Carnet, an international customs document that permits temporary import of goods without paying import taxes and duties. Applicants have to provide proof of guarantee as security and undertake to re-export the goods intact within such period as stipulated by any customs.


Tradelink provides Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) service for import and export declaration. Much of the information can be retrieved from stored databases, saving time and reducing the risk of error.


Trade Mark and Q-Mark

 Trade Mark Search System

The Intellectual Property Department provides free Trade Mark Search. Conduct a trade mark record search in the Trade Marks Registry to find out if there are any marks similar to the one you intend to register.

 Hong Kong Q-Mark Council

The Hong Kong Q-Mark Council has launched the Hong Kong Q-Mark Product Scheme, the Hong Kong Q-Mark Service Scheme and the Hong Kong Green Mark Certification Scheme. First time applicants can apply for the Support Scheme which provides up to HK$20,000 on testing fee and consultancy service upgrade.
