Celebrated Hong Kong Director Wong Kar Wai Meets the Media
May 18, 2007 (Cannes, France) - Following the successful screening of My Blueberry Nights, the opening film at the 60th Festival de Cannes, Hong Kong director Wong Kar Wai met the press yesterday at the Hong Kong Pavilion. Mr Wong is the first Chinese filmmaker to open Cannes in the film festival's 60-year history.
Hong Kong Pavilion, located at Village International #128, serves as a business and media centre, allowing Hong Kong filmmakers to meet business partners, screen trailers and distribute publicity materials.
