HKTDC Uploads New Webcast Series

Overseas Market Opportunities for Hong Kong Exporters

24 June 2009 – The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) today uploaded a series of five new webcasts to its website www.hktdc.com, each webcast featuring an interview with a Council director or consultant from a key overseas market.

The webcasts outline opportunities and challenges for Hong Kong exporters considering doing business in five overseas markets. The market intelligence interviews were conducted in Hong Kong, 15-19 June, during the directors' annual meeting.

Featured interviews cover the following markets: 

  • The Middle East & Africa (interview with Jeff Ambjorn, Regional Director, Middle East & Africa)
  • Europe (interview with Lore Buscher, Regional Director, Europe)
  • Southeast Asia & India (interview with Loretta Wan, Regional Director, Southeast Asia & India)
  • Brazil (interview with Marina Barros, Brazil Consultant)
  • Russia (interview with Leonid Orlov, Moscow Consultant)
